Good Morning all my snarky friends! Today at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers , Edna and the Sistahs have a brand new challenge up for the next 2 weeks....
G is for GLITTER
Doesn't Edna look fabulous! Lee did a wonderful job... she is our graphics Queen!
I made an art journal spread for this challenge....
I have to be honest, I am really not a fan of glitter! So, I added it to my modeling paste that I used on the squares of my art journal spread! I first added a bunch of acrylic paint randomly over my page, followed the modeling paste through a stencil, added my grumpy little girl and a sentiment! Done! Glitter out of the way for another year! LOL!
I do hope you will check out what my amazing snarky sistahs have done with this challenge over on the blog... and do share your projects with us!
Happy Creating!
((HUGS))

Some like glitter some don't I love glitter as long as it stays on the project. Love your artjournal page, Something I keep thinking about trying one. Maybe if I try I will get hooked. I am in awe of the background, and that grumpy girl is priceless along with the great sentiment.
ReplyDeleteThanks Barb! You should do an art journal spread! There are no rules and it is messy... if you want it to be! ((HUGS))
DeleteOh my, I just love this. The image is just perfect and adore the background. Hugs Anesha
ReplyDeleteThanks Anesha! Have a super week! ((HUGS))
DeleteTotally fabulous! I like the idea of adding glitter to modelling paste. I've added glitter glue, but never just glitter. Mmmmm, food for thought. Jo x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo!
DeleteI adore this! Where do you get your images from? They are all so perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chris! Mostly from Pinterest. I have a board of images for art journaling if you want to check it out!
DeleteHilarious, as always. Does make me wonder if the kids/nuns you showcase ever see themselves in your work? ROFL!
ReplyDeleteLOL!! I think about that to Jules! But.. if it's on the internet and free, it's fair game... !LOL!
DeleteLove this art journal page-perfect image & sentiment! And I'm with you on the glitter-I struggle with it!
