Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - #200 - SNARKY

 Good Morning my snarky friends! Today Edna celebrates the 200th post at

 Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers

and to celebrate this joyous occasion, we have a $10.00 prize to give away to the snarkiest winner...

Lost Coast Designs is a rubber stamp company based in Spokane Valley, WA.  Along with its sister company, Carmen’s Veranda, it offers a sophisticated line of unique red rubber and clear polymer stamps in an extensive range of styles, including vintage, collage, gothic, shrine, angel, and many others, to excite your creative impulses.  There are also two challenges a month on the company blog.

Now, on to my example.... I had fun making an art journal page for this challenge...

 and of course it is Snarky and Christmas themed! 

I used a gelli print for the background, added some random circle stamping here and there, stamped the blue circles and border, added my favourite lady and a snarky, and oh so true, sentiment!

I made a card using a Blob fish, which is pretty ugly in my opinion!

I used a gelli print background I have had for a while, added some stamping, my Blob fish and a sentiment... Life is hard.. it's harder if you're ugly!

Well, I have to say, I am not a fan of this challenge, but I gave it a go.... 

What more can I say... I really do not paper piecing.... or colouring! LOL!!

Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - #191 "F Words"

 Good Morning all my snarky friends! Today at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, Edna has one of my favourite challenges for us this next couple of weeks...

"F Words"

Well, of course I just HAD to use my favourite F Word for my art journal page! LOL! 

(Sorry if I offend anyone.. NOT!). 

I am sure this little girl was me back in the day! LOL! I painted the background with teal acrylic paint, added some stamping, and then used black archival ink through my fuck stencil from UnWow studios.  I added some white dots, a border, my snarky little girl and of course a sentiment! 

I just HAD to do this for this challenge, and I do hope you check out what my Sistahs have done as well! I can't wait to see your creations for this challenge, so don't forget to post them for us to see.

 Good Morning all my snarky friends!

Today Edna at

 Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers 

has a new challenge for us for the next two weeks...

How can one not like colour? I had fun using all types of colors

 for my art journal spread this week...

I grabbed some of my favourite colours of acrylic paints, and used a brayer to spread the color all over my background. I added some stamping, some black ink dots, washi tape, my colourful lady and of course, a snarky sentiment! 

This was a fun one to do, and I do hope you will check out what my Sistahs made

 and join us in this Colourful challenge!

 Good Morning my snarky friends!

Today Edna, over at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, has been up to her old tricks and has a new challenge for us...

X is for Xposed

For this challenge I did an art journal page... Lots of blues and whites and an over- Xposed photo as well! LOL!! The background was made using blue and white acrylic paint smooshed around with a baby wipe. Added some stamping, some film strips, 

an image and sentiment!
