Good morning all!
It is a rainy, dreary day today, so a great time to catch up on some challenges!
I made this art journal spread for Art Journal Journey ! The challenge tis month is
"Hold the Line".
I made this page doing a background of different colors of Dylusions paints, with a layer of white gesso over top to tone it down. I used the same colors to make lines on my spread using a credit card. I added some splatters, some washi, a photo of my son and a quote! A fun colorful project to do on this dreary day!
Thanks for the great challenge ladies! It was a fun one!
Happy Creating!

Your page is so lovely and bright. I especially loved that you shared your son and he is sitting on a "bench" that matches the lines of his shoes. Very, very clever. I am delighted you joined us at Art Journal Journey using Chris's theme. Hope to see you there again this month, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks!

ReplyDeleteHi - what a lovely page full of colour. I like how you have used the Dylusion paints, especially the lines with the credit card. I love doing that and making circles with bottle tops.
ReplyDeleteClever idea to use lines for your son to sit on 0 really grounds him.
