Goodbye Time - Computer board alteration

Hello all my friends!  Today I decided to work on a mixed media piece because, frankly, it is just too darn hot to play outside!

I have a good neighbor who donates to me the boards from inside computers he fixes, and I LOVE altering these! They are so fun and messy to do! That's what I did today!

I call this one "Goodbye Time". I find as I get older, time is just flying by! I still feel a 20 year old, but my old body tells me otherwise! LOL!! (I need to start crossing stuff off my bucket list soon!!)

This is what it looked like when I started!

I covered the whole board with black gesso, added some bit and pieces and then sprayed, gessoes, sprayed some more, added waxes... and done!

Here are a couple close-ups....

I love doing these for some strange reason! Messy and fun!

I am entering this into a couple challenges as well today...

International Art & Soul - challenge #86 - Blue as the Main Color - Top 3 Winner!

More Than Words - July challenge : Goodbye and Monochromatic

I do hope you are all staying safe and having a blast creating!

Thanks for taking a peek!
