Summer is officially here, and the design team over at
Try it on Tuesday
have some amazing summery inspiration for you!
The prompt for the next 2 weeks is "Here Comes Summer"
When I think of summer I think of all the beautiful flowers bursting open with gorgeous color, so I made an art journal spread showing some wonderful summer blooms! I brayered some acrylic paints over my page in turquoise, red, yellow and green; fussy cut some embossed flowers made from a stamp, added some background stamping and voila.. summer blooms!
I do hope you all have a fun safe summer and take time to stop and smell those beautiful blooms!
Happy Creating!

DeleteThis is wonderful Helen, and your background could be perfect for Pride month too. The white flowers look great on it, and they make me think of summer daisies. Glad you're back with us this challenge. Have a great week. Hugs-Erika
