ATC Around the World #131 - Penguins or Polar Bears

 Happy November all! Today at ATC Around the World, our new challenge for the month is

"Penguins or Polar Bears"

I searched my stash and could not fin one polar bear or penguin.. so I did a little cheat and cut and pasted images from Tandi Arts Christmas cut out book! Easy peasy!
