Hi all! It has been forever since I actually sat down and did a challenge... yet alone just played!
This month at Anything But Cute, they had the best challenge to get me kick started! The inspiration on the blog is amazing and just what I needed! I have to re-do a project I had done and it just didn't work.. so this is what I used....
It was going to be 3 separate art thingys, but the more I worked on them, the more I hated them! So I stuck them on a piece of canvas board, and that still didn't work. So.. it has been sitting on my desk starting at me the past couple months, and it wasn't until I found this awesome blog, that the inspiration struck me to finish it!
Here is the finished product! And I love it now!
Thanks for the inspiration girls!! Just what I needed!

Oh Helen! You are so very sweet and kind! Awesome sauce transformation with all three panels. I love how you incorporated them into such a dramatic end result! The golds in the background pieces tie in so perfectly with the gold highlights of the heart. The texture on the heart with that lace up is fantabulous! I do hope your heart is not broken though as that would suck. What a wowzers design!

I loved your before panels, but you have really given them quite the transformation with those lovely dramatic colors and then topping them with the corrugated broken and mended heart!
